Demolition and recycling equipments


SGF 35 – SGF 45 VP crushers are built with a sussultorial movement jaw and is particularly indicated to grind materials as hard as 400/450 kg/cm². It has a SAE capacity of 0.75 – 1.0 cubic metres and its opening dimensions are 800×700 and 900×700mm, which means it can easily crush stones as big as 700×500mm.
The crushing grading can be regulated from 30 up to 150 mm. An extraction device, with which the machine is equipped, activates the regulation, obtained through plates working as shims located between the connecting rod and the jaw. The entire operation only takes ten minutes.
The production per hour ranges between 20 and 30 cubic metres and it changes according to the kind of material to be crushed in terms of dimensions and hardness and also according to the desired dimensions of the crushed stones.
SGF crushers were conceived to tackle the problems related to the recycling of materials coming from primary digging: it grinds directly on-site so that materials do not have to stocked or moved elsewhere for crushing.
The crushers are also very appropriate for grinding demolition materials, which normally have to be taken to dump yards to be crushed. The crusher can instead grind those materials on-site and recycle them instantly or eventually move them elsewhere as recycled material.
SGF crushes are powered by the hydraulic crushing equipment of the excavator and needs a pressure of 180/200 bar with a 150/160 litres per minute oil flow; the sussultory movement of the jaw is produced by a connecting rod mounted on the crank shaft; the connecting rod is pushed by two flywheels connected by belts to a hydraulic piston-engine powered by the oil flow of the crushing equipment of the excavator.

BM cone crusher is entirely made of high-quality special steels and its weight and dimensions make it the perfect equipment for excavators.
The crusher is made up of a cylinder frame with inner lenght-wise bars reinforced with anti-wearing plates.
Inside the crusher, the double-effect hydraulic device of the excavator starts up a planetary gearbox with a piston engine which operates a conical rotor with helicoidal bars. This system is particularly effective in reducing materials coming from primary drifting or demolition work.
The jaw crushes stones as big as 300 mm; its SAE capacity is 750 litres and the stone grading is about 25 to 30 mm.
The production varies between 15 to 40 m³ per hour, depending on the dimensions and hardness of the material to be crushed.
The cone crusher was conceived to meet the increasing need for immediate on- site recycling and to solve the various problems connected to the reduction of waste material deriving from primary drifting and demolition work, but not for direct mining operations.
BM cone crusher was designed to give maximum performance in a wide variety of crushing processes: from secondary to extra-fine crushing specially with material already grinded by the BVA riddling bucket whose baskets select undersized materials not useful for crushing purposes.

The riddling bucket has an extremely wide field of application ranging from the selection of pebbles along watercourses, the construction of retaining structures, selection of materials resulting from demolition, reclamation of stony ground and removal of stones along beaches.
When digging channels in difficult ground, it is also possible to select or sort the flattened soil and re-use the part necessary to stabilise and prepare the ground, thus avoiding costly supplies of fresh material.
A revolution in the field of screening and selection of inert materials in various sizes; designed to be fitted in its various models, on diggers from 4 to 40 tons, it has been proved to be 10 times more efficient than a normal bucket with grille.

For optimum operation of the riddling bucket, the hydraulic system requires a flow rate from 40 to 120 l/min. and pressure of 100/120 bar. The technical specifications of the various models vary in order to fully exploit the capacity of this new type of bucket, a valuable working partner designed to solve many of the problems still existing today in this sector.
